• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on Dropembed
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our contact page including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringers

Dropembed will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
