2. Description of Service

Dropembed provides a video hosting and sharing platform that allows users to upload, store, share, and monetize video content. The Service includes features such as pay-per-view earnings, premium plans, and referral programs.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Content Guidelines

You agree NOT to upload, share, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — violators will be permanently banned and reported to authorities
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates the privacy of any individual

5. Monetization Policy

The pay-per-view earnings program is subject to the following conditions:

• Views are counted up to 4 per IP address per video per 24-hour period
• Videos must be longer than 60 seconds to qualify for earnings
• At least 1% of the video must be watched
• Minimum withdrawal amount is $15.00
• Fraudulent traffic, bot views, or click fraud will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of earnings
• We reserve the right to withhold payments for suspected fraud

6. Premium Services

Premium plans are purchased via cryptocurrency and are non-refundable once activated. Plans expire on the specified date regardless of usage.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Dropembed a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dropembed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
